Use publication import when publications already exist in PubMed or HAL and need to be added to the site.

Open publication import

Import steps

  • Open the publication import page.
  • Click Search to load matching publications.
  • Select the publications to import and unselect anything you do not want.
  • Click Import to create, update, or link the selected publications.

Before importing

  • Check the selected member or author when the import page asks for one.
  • Use the status labels to avoid importing duplicates.
  • After import, open the publication page to check the result.
