Good media choices make content easier to scan and prevent broken layouts, blurry images, and oversized pages.

Images

• Use clear JPG or PNG images with enough resolution for cards and headers.
• Avoid images with embedded text, tables, or logos when a normal content field would work better.
• Set a featured image when the content appears in public lists or cards.

Files and video

• Use PDFs for documents that should be downloaded or printed.
• Use video embeds when possible instead of uploading very large video files.
• Add short, meaningful file names before uploading.
