Project: Neurofilaments in health and neurodegenerative disease

In this project, we combine state-of-the-art live-imaging, proteomics and mathematic modelization to study the dynamics of neurofilaments in vivo, using zebrafish. Inclusion of disease contexts will pinpoint mechanisms triggering neurodegeneration and will constitute a significant platform for therapeutic interventions.
